There’s a time and a place
Four Adelaide-based visual artists—Kristel Britcher, Heidi Kenyon, Amy Joy Watson, Talia Wignall—have come together to present an exhibition of new works, titled There’s a time and a place.
TAFE SA Adelaide College of the Arts graduate Talia Wignall will be exhibiting a collection of large- and small-scale drawings. The exhibition features around 50 new works including glass, sculpture, installation and works on paper.
“Within our own personal universes we create spaces and moments that construct our perceptions of ourselves and the environment we traverse. There are spaces, objects and memories we use to look back, look forward and even look through to test our sense of self and our place at any moment,” the artists explain.
The four artists use a variety of media to populate the space with dreams, memories and imaginings of how they see their own personal worlds.
